Dispatchbot allows you to create an unlimited number of dispatchers. This article will walk you through adding new Dispatchers to your account.
You will first need to sign in with your username and password. Once signed in, your default screen is the Scheduler Calendar.
Select More (red circle). Next select Dispatcher (red circle) from the drop down menu. The Dispatchers page will appear.
On the left hand side, you will see all current Dispatchers set up with your account.
To add a new Dispatcher, select New Dispatcher from the upper right (red circle) and you will be taken to the New Dispatcher form.
NOTE: You can also modify existing Dispatcher(s) information by selecting their name and clicking the Edit button
New Dispatch Form
Enter in the Dispatchers information:
- Roles - Click this field box to add specific roles to your Dispatchers. The currently available roles are:
- Manager - Access to the "Reports" features.
- Observer - Can view the schedule and trips but cannot make any changes.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
Next select Settings (red circle)
New Dispatcher Settings
Here you can set default settings for the Dispatcher for what they will see when they log in.
Select Create Dispatcher.
