You can visually add or modify drivers within DispatchBot. This article will walk you through adding new drivers using the Drivers view. 

To add Drivers you will first need to sign in with your username and password.

Once logged in, your default screen is the Scheduler Calendar.  Select More from the Menu (red circle)

Next select Drivers from the drop down menu and you will be taken to the Drivers List.

On the left hand side of this view, you will see all current Drivers set up in the system. 

To add a new Driver, select New Driver from the upper right of the screen and you will be taken to the New Driver form.


NOTE: You can also modify existing Driver account information by selecting their name and clicking the Edit button

To create a new driver follow the steps below (see red numbers above which match steps below):

  1. Enter first name
  2. Enter last name
  3. Enter email 
  4. Enter phone (optional)
  5. Enter Drivers license number (optional)
  6. Enter Drivers license expire information (optional)
  7. Enter Drivers insurance expire information (optional)
  8. Click the Create Driver button and your Driver will be created.
