DispatchBot allows you can visually add or modify Mobility Aids.  Mobility Aids can be selected at time of trip appointment to alert Dispatchers and Drivers of additional requirements and needs. This article will walk you through adding and modifying Mobility Aids. 

You will first need to sign in with your username and password. Once logged in, your default screen is the Scheduler Calendar.  Select More on the top of page (red circle).  A drop down menu will appear.

Next select Mobility Aids (red circle) from the drop down menu and you will be taken to the Mobility Aids Summary page.

To create a new Mobility Aid select Create Mobility Aid from the upper right corner of the screen (red circle).


NOTE: To modify a current Mobility Aid, select the Mobility Aid and click Update Mobility Aid in the upper right corner of the screen

Enter the Mobility Aid name and assign a code (if applicable).

A code is often used when importing trips from a broker, and the passenger has mobility aids.  Dispatchbot will match the broker's mobility aids against the the 'code' for the DispatchBot mobility aid (which we are creating). Often times brokers will use codes like 'wc' for wheelchair:  NOTE: This code must match what the broker provides.  

Select Create Mobility Aid (red circle).  Your Mobility Aid will be created.
